"The Art of Letting Go: A Creative Workshop to Overcome Perfectionism at Work," is an interactive 2 hour workshop that aims to free you from the constraints of perfectionism in the workplace by pairing the power of artistic expression with conscious reflection. Under the guidance of Hannah Arredondo, a seasoned coach specializing in Parts Work and helping individuals overcome perfectionism, alongside Camry Ivory, the creator of the revolutionary audio-visual technology Coloratura, this workshop promises an immersive journey into self-awareness and creative exploration. With a focus on interactive engagement, participants will enjoy group discussions, personal reflection time, and opportunities to share their creative endeavors with others. This hands-on event will deepen your understanding of how different aspects of your inner self interact with each other.
